Terms & Conditions (English)

1. General Overview

JR Furniture is a furniture retail business in Bangladesh. By purchasing from our showroom or placing an order online, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required for ready-made products purchased from the showroom
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
• For custom orders:
  • 50% advance payment is required
  • Remaining balance must be paid before delivery
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, bKash, and Nagad

3. Order Process

• Customers can visit the showroom and place orders directly
• Online customers are shown products via video call or images
• Customers are notified when the product is ready
• Verification can be done via showroom visit or video call before final payment

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery is handled by our delivery team
• Delivery charges depend on floor level and are negotiated
• Delivery charges are paid after receiving the product

Important:

• Any damage during delivery will be resolved within 7 days
• If a customer arranges delivery personally, the company is not responsible

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Generally, there is no return policy
• In some cases, changes may be allowed before delivery after discussion
• Custom orders are non-refundable
• If the issue is due to company fault, it will be resolved

6. Warranty Policy

• 10 years service warranty
• Company fault: full cost covered
• Customer fault: only labor cost covered

7. Product Disclaimer

• Handmade products may have slight variations
• Color variation within an acceptable range may occur
• Images and the real product may slightly differ

8. Cancellation Policy

• Allowed before delivery upon discussion
• Custom orders are generally non-cancellable

9. Privacy Policy

• No customer data is shared with third parties
• Data is used only for order processing
• No marketing spam is sent without consent

10. Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
